About refund
For returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience (other than damage or stain on the product), we will accept returns or exchanges within 7 days after delivery if you contact us with your intention of return or exchange. In case of our responsibility for defects or shipping mistakes, we will bear the shipping cost.
